Sure – additional AI Agents are charged at £25.00 each and can be purchased from within your active dashboard account.
WHAT IS A MESSAGE CREDIT?
1 message credit = 1 AI response using GPT-3.5
25 message credits = 1 AI response using GPT-4
10 message credits = 1 AI response using GPT-4 Turbo – this is the default setting in all new accounts to give the best results

Sure – message credits are charged at £25.00 per 3,000 credits.

Yes – the platform and chatbot interface are designed to cater to a global audience and support many different languages.

No problem. Simply, add new or change/edit content via your management dashboard at any time.
The Knowledge Base is limited depending on your chosen package subscription, starting at 1 million characters with the Basic option. But you can also purchase more storage characters.

Yes – you can use our unique API to create custom integrations with 2,000+ applications.
DO OUR CHATBOTS SHARE USER INFORMATION WITH OPENAI OR CHATGPT?
The data you share is stored securely on our encrypted servers. When you interact with the chatbot, only the specific, relevant pieces of information identified through semantic search are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Additionally, because we use OpenAI's API, their policy ensures that any data sent through the API is not used to train their models. This means your information remains private and secure.
